More Stuff and Statues

  Snowyclaw's second mission has begun . . . click here.\
Hey jammers! Two cool things out today, the first is the Moon Balloon, sold in the Summer Carnival.
Also, in Sunken Treasures, an Octopus Chair has come!
Hey, guess what?! I know many of you know about this, but all jammers should know - Peck statues now pop up when you hop on the Bunnies Only Party drum.
A bit spooky if you ask me! I wonder what's next, maybe Peck will visit in person? Having a good summer?

I'm quoting Snowyclaw's blog.

Jamaasian Movement Begins

Requirement - first read the History of Jamaa.

The post that inspired it all. . .

"I know you were all hoping for something big, something Jamaa-changing, but we all need to face the facts. Animal Jam is run by adults. We are kids. What could we possibly do?
All I know is that I didn't join Jamaa for the rares or the games. I joined it to find friends from around the world and learn more about the earth from an inspirational game. As corny as that sounds, it's true. I love Jamaa because of the imagination and creativity behind it. It is something more than a game. . .
Perhaps it started with Graham the monkey shaman. It all began then I suppose. I never realized how fun it would be to meet a shaman, and how I felt like I was becoming part of a story. None of my rares mattered at that moment. I just wish everyone else could feel the same. Things would be better. . .
Enough with my talk, now for the evidence! Here are some problems I've seen. Shamans are no longer being named. Mira, Zios, and the phantoms no longer appear in the Jamaa Journal (except for gift giving symbols and glitch excuses that is). Humanity is invading Jamaa - the cruise ship - Crystal Sands  water slides. . . It's simply getting ridiculous.
If we want to make a difference we need to act together. I don't just mean all of you or this blog. We're pretty small in Jamaa. I mean every blog, every jammer, every single one you can find. If the word goes wide, we may have a chance. I'm sure many of you own blogs, or read other ones. Could you post this, or tell about this? No need to link my blog if you don't want you readers to come here. Just simply state the name and goal of our movement. Then we may have the chance. . . to change Jamaa.
Tell your buddies. Tell jammers who care about Jamaa. Tell jammers who don't know anything about it at all. If we are a united group AJHQ will have to hear us. None of this is possible without your active help, you must want to change Jamaa.
This next week is to prepare for our first act. Our current task is to spread the word. Tell a random jammer you meet. Tell your friends. Tell your your blog readers. But the real question is this - what are we going to do? What do you want to do? Tell me your ideas and remember, we must take baby steps. Little changes. If we give it our best we may just change the world.
There are some of you that will ignore this post, won't spread the word, and don't really care. That's alright. It makes a difference just knowing about what Jamaa is missing. For everyone else, we must fight. For when we leave Jamaa we need to be ready for the outside world. It's a big place, and it needs change to move towards a better future. Why not start now?

¡!¡ Jamaasians for Jamaa !¡!"

"Read the first movement post . . . click here.
Hey jammers. As you all know, the history of Jamaa is falling apart. It seems very few know about it anymore. We are the ones responsible for keeping it together. We need to remind everyone. We need to spread our knowledge to others. . . Otherwise the culture of Jamaa will truly die.
With this movement I'm not suggesting that we protest against all things modern, I'm just hoping we can create a balance between the new and the old. However, I need help with our goals. What small thing could we change? I need ideas. . . This movement isn't for just me, it's for all of us.
Animal Jam is, and always will be, human. Animals don't wear clothes, or have houses, I get that. I simply love the culture that it used to express. The clothing made out of nature. Masks with feathers instead of sun visors, leg items with leaves instead of flip flops. But really, all I want is a balance, how about you all? It matters more what you think.
If you don't agree with this movement, or don't really care, you really don't have to join in. I only thought many jammers cared about this. I've talked about it with so many it seemed like we all were thinking along the same lines
My sister was doing something interesting the other day. She was lying by Mira, and every time a jammer came up she asked "Do you know who this statue is of?" She would then go on with telling that jammer about Jamaa's history. She did it for fun, and it was just random. What if we all did that? Just once and a while, when you have the time, tell the story of Jamaa. It's actually pretty fun, and you'd be surprised with some jammer's reactions. Perhaps you can think about trying it this week.
Thanks jammers, I'm really happy you feel the same about the movement. As a side note, I think Leafpool really captured what inspired me to start the jamaasian movement. Thank you. :)
"The Jamaasian movement is not about abolishing humanity and bringing back beta. It's about bringing back the culture!" ~Leafpool

So, how's the Movement working out for Snowyclaw's friends?

LOL XD 4TH OF JULY TIME AND I'M WATCHING LIBERTY'S KIDS AND PENGUINS ARE FOR NMS!!!

Snowyclaw's second mission has begun . . . click here.
Freedom Bands are announced as the returned rare on the Daily Explorer. AJHQ is REALLY mixed up.

The Jamaasian Movement is in motion, click here.

There's a fun new nonmember Star Rug in Jam Mart Furniture, seems AJHQ is listening to our complaints on their underpoplulation of nonmember items.
Great Fourth of July item! There is also a Mermaid Necklace in Bahari Bargains. It is the first human seen in Animal Jam. . .
They should have done an mer-wolf.   AJHQ also posted on the Daily Explorer about the riddle. It's a fox.
If they were talking about a pet I'd say it was a rat! ^.^ Meanwhile, a pawsome jammer sent Snowyclaw a picture of a advertisement for Animal Jam, shown on another website!
AJ is getting bigger! I hope AJHQ will still listen to Jammers' ideas though.

Anyway, I'm sorry about not posting.I'm a bit behind on everything. Later today I'll post about the Jamaasian Movement.
Bye Jammers!

Daw man

There's TWO new Carnival items, a Carousel Hat and a Hamster Plush.  You know, trying to buy the hat, I found a glitch.  If you get over 150 tix (Tickets), they shoot out like a speeding bullet fish.  Over 350 tix and it piles up.
That's it for now, bai Jammins!

Bad Dream (What Does it Mean?)

Hey Jammers.
I had the worstest dream last night, and make sure you have another pair of pants.
Here we gooooooo!
Mira, the mother of Jamaa, flew off into the west.  She flew very low when she got to Utah.  When she went to Salt Lake City, a person on the top of a huge, yellow building saying in HUGE letters, "Animal Jam," actually--  DUN DUN DUN-- SHOT her!  The person did an evil laugh.  Suddenly, a helicopter  driven by multicolor wolves darted in, and they dropped out of the helicopters. A flock of multicolored, winged wolves barged in and started helping Mira. They were led by a black and red wolf named General Fierywolf.  (Me-nees, just like in all my dreams.)  The wolves on helicopters came out.  "We couldn't catch him," said one.  "That's K," said General. Mira got up on her feet, thanked the wolves for their help, and flew off. the rest of the wolves followed her.
Does this mean that AJHQ is planning to erase the old tales forever?  Will this  make another novel in my Story Blog?  And most of all-- Most of all-- will Snowyclaw's Jamaasian Movment succeed?  You decide!
